As necessary as you might believe caffeine to be, everyone can stand to cut back on it. It doesn’t matter if you are wanting to lose weight or wanting to know how to gain muscle mass, it is always better to avoid certain things. Two of which are caffeine and alcohol, both can affect your mood and your efficiency. These substances are avoided by Olympic athels as it does nothing for their performances.
The same goes for the skinny guys out there wanting to gain muscle fast to their frames, these substances simply do not help. They keep your heart going up and down and deter your sleep. So if you are working toward your fitness goal, keep these two substances out of your system. Caffeine is present in more than just our cups of tea and coffee, it is in chocolates and soda pop. So avoid having these types of ‘treats’ too often. Make them simply that- a treat, and enjoy once in a while.
